CLI'S ACADEMIC APPROACH
instruction
Our mission is to equip you to become a mature and healthy leader. We want to aid you in your development in three primary ways. The first development method is through instruction. We will give you many of the resources that have shaped our leadership over the years. We will provide you with foundational material upon which to build your leadership character.
Leadership Track
practical training
Our second developmental method is through practical training. Often in educational settings, theories and philosophies are the substance of learning. Although these are important, we believe they should be combined with practical training. We incorporate real life examples and provide students with effective methods for leadership in those situations.

Guidance
Our third developmental method is through guidance. We exist to cultivate the purpose and passion for leadership that God has placed in you. God has a purpose for your life and has created you uniquely to accomplish it. Our desire is to help you develop into the leader that God has created you to be. We want to be a guide for you to help you discover your next steps toward your future.

Certificate and/or non-degree programs offered by Cultivate Leadership Institute have
been declared exempt from the requirements for licensure under provisions of Article 8,
§115D of the North Carolina General Statutes, for exemption with respect to religious
institutions. Exemption from licensure is not based upon any assessment of program
quality under established licensing standards.
